Shipping and Handling

We aim to please all our customers by providing the best possible shipping rates for New Zealand and Worldwide.

PLEASE NOTE: The courier cost applied to any Order only applies to New Zealand. Please refer to the International Shipping cost below.

We process and dispatch all internet and phone orders once payment has cleared.

Our products are couried in bags or boxes and handled by either Courier Post or Fastway Couriers. This means you should receive your order within 2-4 working days anywhere in New Zealand. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. Please note that for bulk orders and gift box purchases, the shipping rates may differ. Please contact us to discuss your shipping costs if you are not sure.

All Customers

Time scales are based on expectation and experience not actual agreements.

If you have a date deadline for a function that you need to receieve the goods for and this is not within our advice, please contact us to check before ordering.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock you will be notified by email so a replacement can be chosen or the order held until item is in stock again.

All orders are packaged the best possible way whilst also not adding to the postal cost for customers. The Lolly Store cannot be held responsible for orders affected by climatic conditions once it has been dispatched (for example, hot climate chocolate may melt or soften).

New Zealand customers who have chosen to pay by cheque, internet banking or money order, please remember your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.
