Ordering and PaymentWe accept orders from customers worldwide. We accept payments in New Zealand dollars. Please use our secure online payment options. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit cards via a secure server to protect you from fraud. We do not receive or store your credit/debit card details but only the confirmation of the completed transaction.
You can also pay by Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal member to make a payment this way. If you choose Paypal we don’t receive or store your credit/debit card details but only the confirmation of the completed transaction.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal orders you must be a New Zealand based customer so please contact us with your order so we can advise you where to send your payment. Please remember that goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
If local taxes or import duties are levied on your order this will be the responsibility of the buyer and not The Lolly Shop. We therefore recommend that you check with your local Customs authorities prior to placing your order to avoid possible distress.

We reserve the right to notify if any order has incorrectly calculated cost, shipping, or quantity error. This email will be sent to you in 24 hrs and we will give options to proceed forward.
We also wish to note suppliers change packaging at times, and sometimes color tones change on goods without notice from supplier, so they may differ from actual picture.
At times product will sell and we may have a slight delay in new supplies, again we will inform you immediately of any delays.
Payment details and credit/debit card details are not held by us as they are processed by the secure online payment collector according to your preferred payment method.
Returns PolicyWe want you to enjoy your lollies. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If there is problem, please contact us and give us your contact details, order details and tell us the reason why you want to return them. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, return the item to us in original condition. Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to promptly issue a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. All returns must be processed within 24 hours after delivery of purchase.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately.
Please be advised that the nature of our working environment does not allow us to test for allergies. Even with products where the manufacturer's advice is that the product is allergy free we cannot guarantee that there was no exposure to traces during our packaging.

All sweets that are produced for people with specific dietary needs are listed with their ingredients within the product description. This information is provided by the Manufacturer and not The Lolly Shop.
Where a product is labelled by the manufacturer as suitable for Vegetarians or Gelatine Free this information will be displayed within each individual product description.
